j aurais aimer plus de porter de connection entre le moniteur et les camera meme pas 100 pied et de la difficulte avec la transmission

Bought this system to replace an Uniden wireless system. Easy to set up and use. Disappointed no battery back up or mobile viewing. Great value for the money. Will probably buy two additional cameras. Also no user manual included, just online.

Pleasantly surprised by the customer service

I was hoping this would not be some fly by night company that abandoned it's customers once they made their purchase. I needed to replace my power adapter and it was under warranty. Daniela helped me out and she was very nice. Once I submitted my proof of purchase, I was sent the replacement part. I found her to be pleasant and wanting to help, not simply just doing her job.
Additionally, I am pleased by the camera. I have two but might buy an additional one. They have a pretty clear picture. It's not HD but you're able to see clearly people being recorded. I set up my monitor in the bedroom. I like the fact that it has sound. It's an easy setup - just plug and play.

after set up cameras paired up.now i can watch and record who comes on the property and does what.pretty clear picture with live feed..video comes out good and clear.audio works good also.

Fog at night.

Just purchased these for the biggest reason that they are so simple to set up and use. They have great picture during daylight the night time is decent, but there is a street light shining where my cameras go at night so the quality is better. The ease of use of the monitor is simple. I think this is one of the best systems out there for easy set up. I had one problem at night time when its foggy it trips my cameras into recording. I called defender and talked to Susanna which was so nice and wanted to help, which she did. So thanks for such a great little system.

I love this system it can record all the cameras at the same time.. I was so Easy to Install... The cameras are so clear and you can see very well.. Still learning all the features on this system...
