Great Value

I started out, about a month ago, purchasing one camera and a monitor to try it out. I've since added a second camera and will probably add a third. After I added the second camera I started having problems with the cameras losing connectivity. I went to The Defender website and had a live chat with an agent, Darrielle. She sent me a link to the Defender website and simple instructions to download a firmware upgrade. Problem solved very quickly. I am extremely pleased with the support area.
I love this system. It was easy to install and the day time and night vision are great. The monitor provides good resolution. I use a 128G SD card and that holds 24 hour coverage for well over a week.
I have been recommending this system to all my neighbors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My husband and I just finished installing our camera outside under a protected area. The two-way intercom is my most favored feature.

Better than I expected

I got this system for my elderly aunt who was concerned about nighttime noises. I got it set up quickly and it worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in. The picture is good, and the controls are fairly easy to operate. The only drawback is that there are not detailed instructions included with the product. I had to come back home and print them off from the website. At least they are easy to follow. Otherwise, the system seems to be the answer to giving my aunt peace of mind. I wouldn't mind having the same system myself.

I just got it today. I set it up in less than 30 minutes! This is what I needed. I hope it continues to do the job! Day time viewing is excellent, night time viewing is great! Simple and it works! I will be ordering 2 more cameras. I am feeling secure already.
