very easy to set up

I bought this the end of August and had been pleased with how easy installation was and at how easy it is to view recordings. Day time view is clear, the night time view seems to have a lot of fuzzy distortion. Recording I don't know if it's me or the camera but seems to only record part of time. About a week ago everything had gone black.so we'll see how that goes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought this system 4 months ago because our neighbor isn't like the good on neighbors that watch out for your house or neighborhood when your not at home... They are always home, cooking up crime ideas, well thanks to Defender it really defends your home against neighbors that are crooks.!!

Plug and Play. Awesome Product. I recently purchase my Phoenix22C from Amazon. I have tried two other camera and ended up returning both within 10 days. this product isn't a joke. Within 30 min. I was up and running. Two cameras in place and looking good. Thank you Defender!

Very nice that the cameras come paired. The video quality and features are pretty good for such an inexpensive system.
Only negative is that the range is can be severely limited by walls and structure.

I am very happy with the Phoenixm2 after installing the firmware update provided to me by Technical Support on October 11, 2018. The updated firmware fixed the problem of loosing wireless connection between the camera and monitor. The connection is now solid . The video clarity is excellent and the layout of the system settings are very easy to navigate. Technical support gets a 5 star rating from me.
