We were originally looking for svat cameras which we had in Oshawa.But the Defenders are just as good, if not better.
We started with two cameras and are on process to add #3 and #4.

Great product and great service

I bought this product for home and have been very happy with the product. I must say though I had one camera stop working after about 6 months but to my surprise I called defender customer service and spoke to Daniela and she was extremely kind and helpful. She got my return started immediately and I had no troubles during this whole process. I also spoke with Dawna at customer service she also was extremely kind and helpful. So customer service at Defender is A+ in my books. Also my return camera was a brand new camera not a refurbished on I was shocked to realize it was bran new. Thank you Defender customer service for your great and kind service.

Fantastic Support

As most people have stated, the set-up of the M2 is simple, great picture, and fantastic customer support. I have had my unit nearly a year and it was purchased to detect both neighbors and a stray cat that I was feeding in my shed. Twice I had a problem with the detection picking up the movement of the cats entering my shed. The first time it occurred, after many camera re-adjustments, it worked properly. A month ago, I had the same problem and no matter how many times I adjusted the camera it would not work. I contacted customer support, they first asked me to try a few different adjustments, which did not work. I once again contacted them and they sent me a firmware upgrade file to upgrade my system. This file allowed me to set the detection sensor for both day and night. This upgrade did the trick, now i have the sensitivity set on low and it detects with no problem. very glad I purchased this unit, and I cannot say enough for the great customer service.

Easy to set-up and navigate

I received this system on Nov 28, 2017. Had it set up and running in lass that 1 hour. Only problem I had was getting a "out of range" screen every so often. Got a hard wired system also and had the monitor to this 1 sitting on top of the other box. After a while I moved it off the other monitor and had no other issues. with it. Must have been getting bleed over from the wired cameras.. Other than that I would recommend this system.

Was a little intimidated when I opened the Box because it looked like a whole lot of parts but after I unwrapped them I was able to put the 2 cameras together very easy. When I went to turn on the cameras and the monitor they come already paired which was fantastic ! I also really like this because you don't need the Internet to operate this .
