I bought this product for its monitor and two camera setup. It is so easily installed and very easy to navigate the system. I also downloaded the manual on its use. I am very happy with this system and I would recommend it to all

I just installed the Defender PhoenixM2 system today....Very simple to install and was set up and recording within 1 hour...Everything you need is in the package....The quality of the camera's are very clear....The set-up of the monitor is very simple to understand and works great if you follow the instruction manual....You do need to download the manual from the internet...I have my camera's on motion detection, so I don't know how the other recordings work...Motion detection is perfect for me...

perfect fit for my shop

I bought this unit in May 2020 as a redundant system for when I was home and wanted to monitor my shop from our bedroom ... it's perfect ... HQ resolution ... ease of set up and use ... and the monitor is perfect for me to view on my nightstand at 03:00 hrs if the alarm sounds ... which by the way has a volume setting ... kudos ... this is a well thought out affordable unit.

I purchased the Phoenix M@ system for my dad, who lives in a rural community and does not have wireless. It was hard to find a low-tech option for his needs, but I am so glad I came upon this system. It was easy for him to install, and the quality of the images is great! Thanks for making security systems for the low-tech older folks!
