Love the cameras only issue is menu up down button is too small and does not respond to left right either

Bundle was great EXCEPT... NO product manual, just a "quick set-up" pamphlet. Not much info for the "less than tech savy" person!

The electrician that wired the cameras in was very impressed with the system. He had not seen this specific system, but was familiar with the type of set-up. When I noticed the company was based in Canada, I assumed the system was also manufactured in Canada, although I did not find the information anywhere, so was a bit disappointed when the printing on box stated “Country of origin, China.” I have had issues with the monitor, specifically the joy stick, which I find very difficult and awkward at times. It seems to be made for small nimble fingers. I believe the design/size of the joy stick could be improved. The information upon purchase was that a manual would accompany the product. The only manual was a 6 page 3 ¾ X 5 ¾ with such small print was almost illegible. However, I was given the link through online chat to download a complete manual. Speaking of online chats. It is impossible to pick up the phone and call tech support like most companies. You can request through chat that someone call and they were very prompt in doing so. But there seems to be no help on weekends or holidays; the chat is only weekdays and ends about 4 p.m. eastern. And one chat person gave wrong information regarding the hours on my card, thus I did not take the card out and put in computer soon enough and image was gone before I captured picture of a trespasser on my driveway. Even after all the issues, I believe it is a good system and like the set-up of a monitor instead of viewing on phone or computer. I believe it will serve the purpose for which it is intended.

Hello Deane, Thank you for your honest review. Motion is detected by the change in pixels of the image captured by the camera. So as long as what is in motion is large enough to change the pixels of the image it will be detected. Due to this the wind blowing trees or bushes will result in a motion alert on the this system. Very easy to set up. Very easy to navigate the monitor. The only thing that makes them not be at five, is the sensitivity of the motion detection of their cameras. I have four identical cameras. Each one is either under sensitive or oversensitive. Had to move cameras around to adapt for the situation. I’ll have one camera set on low sensitivity and it picks up cars 120 feet away. The next one is set hi and it won’t pick me up 25 feet away. Read all of their manuals and cannot figure it out other than what I did.

Video is clear ,they work great, easy to set up , only problem i have is getting the SD card out.

Your system is great and set up is very easy. I would have given a 5 star if the monitor was bigger. I got the two camera system and on a seven inch monitor it is hard to see detail. Looking at one camera at a time on the monitor is not so bad. I have another system that I use a 32in TV for 4 cameras and that is great. If I could tie it into a TV is would be perfect.

It has solved our need to view the area in front of the garage. Some areas of improvement to note. The inability not to invert the image so we could install it under the eves is a disadvantage. The alert is very sensitive even at the lowest setting - insects set it off. The night vision is grainy. Is it the dew settling that we see like a cloud?
