The system was easy to install and use. The only thing I don't like about it is that the cameras have to have access to an outlet. So it would be easy for someone to just unplug if no one is at home rendering the cameras useless. I would strongly suggest a battery option so that there's no exposed power cords that an intruder could cut or simply unplug from an outside out let. Other than the need for the access to an outlet I like the system because it performs well and does all that it supposed to.

bought two about three years ago after that added two more now it is up to 6 on a scale a 1 to 5 i would put the phoenix cams. at about a 3.5 for the first 4 but the last 2 cams and video a 5 they are easy and you can put they all up in an hour.

The cameras work great and are easily adjustable . They perform exactly as described . The zoom could be clearer in picture but for the most part they are a great protection addition.

Needed something at my MOMS house to replacedd the sun baked cameras from her house here in AUSTIN,TEXAS summers are hell for the heat. Mounted two of thee puppies and alls well that ends well After we got all the bugs out of the systems bios and the little stuff that came in off the updates that were all wrong for the first three weeks and then she sent me out the updates on a new mem card and alls well that ends well SHE LOVES EM AND I LOVE EM ALL TOO
