only bad parts are the straps are very rough on bare shoulders (the material is very sturdy/rough) and the front pocket has no little compartments

I liked the backpack. it’s cool, the material is nice in my opinion. Good back to school backpack. To be honest the XL size is nice but NOT as spacious as jane sport backpack. if you want a backpack for school, i recommend any other brand. If you know you won’t carry a lot of things, this backpack is good. Overall though, great purchase and if you want to try it, i’d say give it a shot. if you don’t like it return it or get the one you’re comfortable with. The price is a bit much but again, the backpack isn’t bad.

My college age daughter loves this backpack. It fits her laptop comfortably and is light weight. She also likes the water bottle holder on the side of the backpack.

Haven’t used it yet.. school doesn’t start for 2 more weeks. I’ve bought Herschel products in the past & have never had a bad opinion. Always perfect!!!
