Poor Quality/ Material has definetly changed

The item quality is NOT what it used to be to be. My family has around 10 bags from this company and over the last 2 years the quality is not the same. My 14yo received his new bag and put it back in the box and we went to LLBEAN and got him something different. We are definitely upset.

I think the quality of this bag is great and love the simplistic design of it. I would only add maybe another pocket or two for further organization, but it does its job otherwise and I can't find any other complaints!

My daughter loves her new backpack. The navy is a great color - won’t show dirt. She is already embroidering flowers on it to make it her own. Here’s hoping that it lasts all four years of high school! 😊
