Great phone but very disappointed that the s pen no longer works for taking photos. If I'd read that it wasn't bluetooth compatable, I wouldn't have purchased this phone. I'd have gone with the S24 Ultra.

Over all the phone works well. I don't like how the protector case hinders with the slide out short cut bar. The lip from the case makes it hard to access. Also I don't like how the buttons are all on one side, makes it difficult to take a screenshot.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Samsung galaxy S25 Ultra! We're glad your enjoying your Samsung phone—it’s a popular choice thanks to its features and design. At the same time, it’s completely valid to want the volume a bit louder. Sometimes adjusting the settings or using external accessories like headphones or speakers can help improve sound levels if needed. Here are some settings to check: Do not disturb: Mutes calls, notifications, and alerts on your phone. If you cannot hear the ringtone or notification alerts, check to see if this setting is enabled by going to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb. Separate app sound: Plays media sound from apps you select on a separate audio device.
To check or turn off this setting, go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Separate app sound. Left/right sound balance: Changes the left and right sound levels.
If you can hear sound on only one side or it is muffled, check the settings by going to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Left/right sound balance. Mute all sounds: Turns off all sounds on your phone, including calls, alerts, and media.
To see if this setting is enabled go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Mute all sounds.
