With the upcoming of 25% to 45% tariff on my new phone, I looked for a phone to upgrade my 8 year old (and unreliable) one. So far the 25S has exceeded my expectations. I have had to reload many apps, not surprised the processor was updated. Only one app has been a pain, but I work around it. The addition memory and processing power was a big eye opener.
Phone is nice. Words cannot express my disappointment. I paid in full. Bought phone as a gift, but you hold my phone hostage because of your 60 day hold to unlike, my sister can only look at the phone. Makes me sick. I will never purchase from you again. Also once the phone is unlocked I will switch to another service. I could get it if I was making payments on the phone that you would have the hold..but I paid for in full..so f... you.

Its okay. There are featured on this phone that i don't like for example. My old phone had a message symbol letting i got a new message, when my phone was on lock screen. Now it don't. When i wanted to edit my picture, i had all of cool stickers that came with the phone, now all those stickers are gone and look boring. And the emoji are different from what they are showing you verses what you clicked on. I'm still learning the phone but those are my small issues but other than that its cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
