I was very excited to purchase the S25 Ultra, that is until I received it and could not setup the visual voicemail. I tried setting it up myself as I normally do when I purchase a new phone but kept getting a message saying: "The app hasn't received setup information, but you can still attempt to set up Visual Voicemail". When I attempt to set up anyway, it goes to the old voicemail where I have to enter my password then I get a message saying the account verification hasn't been received yet. I called ATT and they kept getting the same response and suggested I take it to a store. I took it to a store and they kept getting the same response so they setup an appointment for me to take it to UBREAKIFIX. I took the phone to UBREAKIFIX and they said I had to send it back to Samsung because they don't mess with the software. I didn't bother to return it to Samsung because the ATT Store clerk had already told me that if it had to be sent to Samsung for a Warranty replacement and Samsung does not find anything wrong with it, I'd have to pay $1400 for the new phone.
Another thing that happened with this phone, when the ATT phone support attempted to fix it, I was told to power off and power back on. Well, when I went to power the phone back on, I'd forgotten my password and attempted to rest the phone. I could not reset it. I had to take it to the store and have them reset it. I was told at the ATT store that this was a Samsung "safety feature". What it is, is a major inconvenience.
Should have kept my S23 Ultra. I can't believe that my phone is the only phone out of all the S25 Ultras that has had the problem with the visual voicemail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didn't realize I needed an upgraded phone until I bought this one and I am so glad that I did. This thing has amazing space, is super fast, has a beautiful screen, and I'm still learning and impressed with the camera capabilities!
