I have never had a harder time upgrading phones than I did this time around. I will never, ever, ever try to do a trade in on the ATT website again. If we stay with ATT through another upgrade (which I highly doubt due to this being such a disaster), it will be done instore or not at all. This was terrible and the automated system is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever encountered. It should not be so hard to pay a company MORE money per month.
Of the phones since the S7 was new, this one works the best. The camera processing lags & could be much better, but the phone works with minimal glitches.
