I just love love my new Samsung S25 Ultra. It's fast and I got the extra GB at 512. It's great for streaming and the pictures of my little ones are so perfect and clear. Everything is at my fingertips.
I set up my phone and then my wife's phone. Her update went great and everything was fine. I am still having problems getting my phone to send messages to my FitBit watch and the notifications and sound settings aren't close what they were on the August 2018 phone!

Everything is upgraded on this phone! I love it here. It was easy to log in to all of my apps. The screen is an appropriate size that I can work with. It holds much more and does more than my S23.
Slow and lags alot had the s21 ultra before the upgrade it was on another level than the s25 complete downgrade
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
