Replaced my S21 Ultra and pickled this up. The real difference I've noticed is that the S23 had a longer lasting battery, the S25 does charge faster. I would think the battery life on the s25 is diminished probably by all the AI features. Overall I do like this phone I like how the edges are smooth and not rounded like the previous versions. The quality of this phone is outstanding it feels and looks expensive.

Solid phone. Good battery life, fast, speakers are good. Cameras are fantastic, you can get a good amount of zoom without losing quality. Only gripe is that some of the swipe gestures aren't very intuitive, and for some reason it comes preloaded with 2 or 3 different AI assistants that all fight for the same button.
