My phone keeps disconnecting from the network. So I have to turn off my phone and rest it all the time. Also I paid up front the fee's and when we got our bill I was charged for the phone I traded in and my need one. My bill should have never charged because both phones were the same amount per month.

Samsung 25 shouldn't even be called a smart phone because it is not smart at all. Yes it has an okay camera but the iPhone in my opinion is far superior to the Samsung in regards to capabilities.

So far so good. I upgraded from an S22 Ultra that gave me no problems in the 3 years I had it. But ATT had an amazing offer and could not pass it. I do love how the S25 Ultra looks. The screen is sharp and clear. The speed is amazing and love the A.I. features.
