We were scammed and apparently ATT is not willing to help make it right. We have been loyal ATT customers for many years, even though there are plenty of options that are much less expensive. We are now looking for an alternative carrier.

I love this phone, it's an upgrade from my s21, great features and speed, I am happy with this great phone.
