Galaxy S25+ the best phone I have ever

Still a fan! But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy S20 FE to the S25+. I'm disappointed that Samsung stopped making phones with expansion slots and discontinued Samsung Messages, but otherwise pleased with my phone. I think the community would be better served with less focus on Galaxy AI and tech upgrades to things like cameras and more focus on simple, customer-forward functionality. I also have a Samsung tablet that I love.
I'm not elderly yet and have very high competencies regarding technology, but I know many others who are struggling with the pace of obsolescence and constant UI changes.
My S20 worked fine and satisfied all of my needs. But Samsung discontinued the support and it unsurprisingly, started slowing down almost immediately. I jumped ship only because I was able to purchase my new phone at a great price. But I am very leery of upgrading my elderly mother, who uses an S10e, to this device because she'll struggle with the UI. 😔
Samsung, please consider, minimally, allowing the expansion cards again. Some of us are not considering switching to your main competitor. Help keep us in the community.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone! I've had it for 6 months now and never once had a problem with it. It still holds a charge great. Streaming videos on youtube/netflix/twitch is great. The picture quality is clear.
