Coming from a S22 this is a major upgrade in every way. The battery life is amazing and the storage upgrade is nice. The best feature is the camera and recording for work purposes is just so good and clear. how will they top this one?

I only upgraded because the website said no upgrade fee, and 13$ a month for the phone after a 14 monthly credit. I get my first bill and the phone charge is 27$ a month and was charged a $70 upgrade fee. I am very agitated about this and am considering leaving for Verizon. I would like for someone to contact me and issue a credit for this.

So there are things that are better... the speed, the storage... but other things I don't care for. It is constantly updating without permission. It downloads apps I have to constantly delete. The camera is confusing at best and not as nice as my old phone (Samsung 22+). Difficult to find cute cases for. Definitely holds a charge waaaay longer than my old phone.

I upgraded from a S23+ to a S25+. So far it's been a very smooth transition. I'm not seeing a lot of changes between the two, but them I'm not super techy either. I do think the clarity is better on the 25.
