I traded my 22+ phone for this one. It is exactly the same as my old one, if not worse. I wish I would have kept the other one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like my new Galaxy even better than my previous Galaxy, which gave me great service. Data transfer was easy and complete. I have not missed anything in the two weeks that I have been using it. I just wish that credit from my returned old phone were processed more quickly.

Hey there, Arturo! Thank you for sharing your experience! We are thrilled to hear that you are loving your new Galaxy S25+ even more than your previous one, and that the data transfer went so smoothly. We understand that waiting for trade-in credits can be frustrating. These promotions typically take 1 to 3 billing cycles to appear on your statement after we receive and verify the device. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing AT&T!
I have never had a harder time upgrading phones than I did this time around. I will never, ever, ever try to do a trade in on the ATT website again. If we stay with ATT through another upgrade (which I highly doubt due to this being such a disaster), it will be done instore or not at all. This was terrible and the automated system is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever encountered. It should not be so hard to pay a company MORE money per month.
