This phone was for my daughter who worries about everything and hates any kind of change in her life.
It toik a few days for her to decide which one she wanted and then the question was what if it all doesnt transfer over...
Even though you can do the transfer thru the app at home she really didnt trust it.

Phone is excellent. But I purchased thinking it would fix my disruption of service problems I was having. It has not. Leading to the conclusion that its the nearby towers. They need to put out more power because the little town Im by is GROWING. New Waverly, Tx. At certain times I have to toggle Air Plane Mode to reconnect service. This gets OLD!!!
