Doesn't keep a charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love samsung products but mine does not keep a charge the battery is full but after 2hrs its about to die. I even charged it wirelesses thinking it would fix the problem but it has the same issue

Definitely prefer this one over my last one phone. the Ai system is also a neat feature use it alot for item scannings.
