No SD card slot? Just another way of ripping off their customer based. Sure, they have cloud storage...for more money I have been a long time Samsung user even buying 2 of their stupid flip phones that suck. No more. There are too many other options of where I can spend my money. Bye bye Samsung!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your Samsung Galaxy S25+ with us. We understand that some customers do need additional storage than comes installed on the device. The removal of the micro SD card is an effort to increase the durability and water resistance capabilities of the device. The usage of cloud based storage also allows you to access your media across all of the devices in your ecosystem. Please, reach out to us again in the future if you ever have questions, or want to share additional feedback on your Samsung products. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages

Best AI Phone from Samsung
on June 2, 2025
Posted by: LewVal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25+ is the best phone yet from Samsung. I can brag about its extremely helpful and robust Galaxy AI functions, swift shutter on its phenomenal camera producing gorgeous pictures of anything, and its improved video functions: I love the slow mo function when I film the hummingbirds which visit me! It's a very tightly integrated systems phone and quite speedy thanks to its 12 GB RAM and tweaked Snapdragon processor. Importantly, battery life is phenomenal with me averaging 8 hours SOT which includes web surfing, email, messaging, social apps, camera and other apps. The screen is brilliant and gorgeous and very readable in sunshine! The larger screen size is also very helpful. Speakers are above average on the phone and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and Data connections are instantaneous. I can't find any faults with this phone and I have been recommending it to friends and family members. Great job Samsung!

I love the galaxy S25+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI is really amazing. It makes this so much easier for me and it takes me things about my phone I didn't even know about. I especially like what it does with my photos and makes these little videos or collages with different photos I've taken. But yet it notices the similarities in them and makes these videos really neat and special. Smoother thing i like about my phone is how fast and smooth it operates. I've never had any problems or issues with it whatsoever. And the battery life last all no problem. Regardless of how much i use it the battery is going to last. Overall the phone is absolutely amazing and I have zero complaints about it.

About myReview of my Samsung S25+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could say that it is perfect, the AI of the phone is very advanced than other AI of the competition, I am a person who loves to play heavy games on your phone, take photos and videos of beautiful landscapes among other things, I give it 4 stars because it has a problem, I bought my Samsung in February, it has given me many good moments but as I said I like to take and record videos, the photos and videos look good but it could be improved, also, the screen, on the 3rd day that I had bought it unfortunately while I had it in my pocket, I still do not know how but it was scratched, which was something serious in my opinion, however if I had the option to buy it again, I would buy it 100% guaranteed, I hope for the next Samsung next year❤️

Disappointed
on July 2, 2025

I have been a Samsung phone user forever and this is the first time I am disappointed. I wish I had not upgraded. Battery life is not good. The volumes of ringtones and other sound is constantly resetting to silent. I miss calls that I never hear. I've reached out in forums and Samsung and haven't found answers. Paying more every month increases the pain!

My review of the S25+ , which I own
on July 8, 2025
Posted by: Jasonclemson1
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone lots of cool and neat features such as the integrated A.I system. I love the brightness , the battery is ok until you over charge it one time then it starts dying a lot faster than when I first got it. The screen flickers at times and theres no explanation from Samsung on why its happening nor have they tried fixing issue. Other than these issues the phone is awesome.
