Good battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good phone. The battery holds a good enough charge, and the Galaxy AI feature is good when you need quick answers. I use this phone for work, so it's imperative I have a great working phone; for the time being, this has been good to me.

Somewhat disappointed but not too much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really disappointed that the galaxy phones do not have an ir blaster anymore on their devices with technology today, that seems like a shoe in that all phones should have them. maybe that's something you guys can fix

This phone is quick and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from an old Samsung to the brand new s25+ and the features are great. The storage space is perfect. I love the camera and mainly purchased this phone becuase I have a new grandbaby. The things you can do with camera settings its wondeful.

Issues. Unfortunate because my s23 was amazing.

There's a major issue with the charging port and charging cables.
The port thinks its wet or there is moisture 24/7 and the ohine now takes forever to charge. I've bought new cables and charging blocks recommend by samsung and the phone still thinks it need 4+ hours to charge 50%.
I've also never broken a phone screen but this thing scratches easy. Even with a case.
Other than the charging issue and delicate screen I do love Galaxy phones.
