Great phone with a few downsides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my galaxy device, but I'm disappointed Samsung decided to remove the Bluetooth feature from the stylus. The device runs pretty hot and the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. Cameras are great, I wish the camera bumps weren't as pronounced as it makes the phone thicker when you have a case on it. The Galaxy Ai is fine. I don't really use it unless I'm searching for something. Lastly and less importantly, I wish Samsung offered better colors for carriers, not just the unlocked devices, and please bring back halo/prism colors those were so nice.

Solid performance with smart Galaxy AI features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my Samsung Galaxy device daily for a mix of work and play, and it's been great overall. Streaming movies is smooth with a vibrant display and clear sound, and the performance during gaming is impressive with barely any lag. What stands out is the new Galaxy AI – it helps summarize documents, translate messages instantly, and even organize my notes. It's like having a smart assistant built in! Battery life is decent, and the camera is excellent for quick work snapshots or personal use. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the occasional software lag during multitasking. Still, it's a strong, reliable device that fits perfectly into my routine.

Fantastic device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the charge port failing after about 5 months of owning the device and using it every day, the phone itself is fantastic. It does everything I need it to. I listen to a lot of music and the seamless Bluetooth connectivity from the phone to whatever speaker I want to use, be it a large outdoor speaker or a headset is amazing. I also like to take a lot of pictures, and the cameras make taking the best shot of whatever I'm taking a photo of pretty awesome as well. The fact that my photos come out as crisp as a professional camera is insane. I love my s25 ultra. The only thing I might change about it is the s pen. I ordered the titanium black so everything about the phone was black but I was a little disappointed when the s pen I received was white. However I hardly use the s pen so its not really that big a deal.

However, they keep trying to push me to use the Galaxy AI features that I simply do not care about since they add no value to the phone nor do anything useful for me, so I had to knock a point off for that.

Hardware is 75% upgrade 25% downgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As for the hardware, im not very impressed compared to the last 3 models. Slight upgrades, mostly the screen and computing power. Im extremely disappointed the s-pen no longer has Bluetooth connectivity. That in itself is a huge downgrade and one of the key features thay separated it from other devices.
Software seems to be the primary focus of Samsung these days, and in that aspect they didn't disappoint. The new AI features in the latest operating system is very useful. However, i also have an s23 ultra as a backup phone with the exact same OS, and the speed and smoothness is noticeable, but definitely not a giant leap. There really wasn't much benefit in upgrading from my last phone besides a little boost in camera quality.

Great features poor connectivity battery issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung S25 Ultra has a lot of great features. The AI works well the integration is excellent. The phones battery life is okay doesn't last all day but gets past 5pm. The connectivity is poor on several levels. Android Auto, hearing aids, audio streaming. Android Auto disconnects while driving says wireless interference, when it disconnects you have to turn the phone and radio off and then back on. Hearing aids lose connection while streaming. Switches from one ear to the other while using for phone calls and music streaming.

Disappointed with the Galaxy S25 Ultra – Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very disappointed with my Galaxy S25 Ultra. I’ve experienced persistent issues with the camera that make me seriously wish I could go back to my previous S24 Ultra, which never had these problems.
The main issue is with the autofocus. When I try to change focus while taking photos or videos, the camera lens starts to "jump" or reset. You can even hear the lens moving back and forth as it struggles to focus—often failing completely. As a result, many of my photos and videos come out blurry, and I end up deleting a lot of them.
I contacted Samsung support shortly after getting the phone. While they were friendly and tried to help, they couldn't find a solution. They told me to wait for a software update, which I eventually received—but unfortunately, it didn’t fix the problem.
At this point, I’ve reluctantly adapted to the issue and do my best to avoid triggering the lens jumping. But this is not what I expect from a flagship phone, especially when the S24 Ultra performed so much better in this area.
Samsung, if there’s any way to resolve this or offer additional support, please help.

Impressive phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly the phone has performed fantastically. I had one issue with the phone dropping/bouncing, the S-pen popping out, and ultimately snapping. The difficulty was that it isn't covered with the extended warranty, and Samsung was out of stock on the time of i cident. Other than that, the phone performance has been great. Battery performance could be a little better for duration of time when extended phone use is needed. But no real complaints.
