[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned smartphones from several brands over the years, but my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has been the best experience I've ever had. What really sets Samsung apart isn't just the phone—it's the entire ecosystem. My phone works seamlessly with our Samsung TVs, smart home appliances, Galaxy watches, and tablets through SmartThings, creating one connected experience that's incredibly convenient.
The AI features have genuinely impressed me. From productivity tools and photo editing to real-time assistance and everyday tasks, Galaxy AI has become something I use daily. Everything feels intuitive, fast, and designed to make life easier instead of more complicated.
SmartThings has also given me real peace of mind. Whether I'm checking on devices while I'm away, controlling appliances remotely, or receiving notifications, I always feel connected to my home. The integration is smooth, reliable, and works exactly the way you'd hope it would.

All around great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a Samsung phone consistently since the Samsung Instinct. I love the devices, the features, everything! I used the Galaxy AI all the time between notes and editing photos, it's awesome!

Premium flagship experience at its best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this phone. It was my first android phone in many years. My last android before this was the Galaxy S3. Definitely sticking with Samsung after this experience. From the external aesthetics of the phone to One UI it's a great package. The camera is unbeatable in my opinion.
Everything is as buttery smooth and fast as when I first purchased it. (Have had it about a year and a half now) Came from the fruit phone and after about a year and a half it was noticably slower and battery degradation was becoming an issue. Not an issue with this phone.
I work in construction and I don't baby the phone but I've never had any issues with it's durability. Does literally everything I need it too. I have received quite a few updates since I've gotten it that have only made the experience better.
The Galaxy AI features combined with the baked in Google AI features are actually really impressive. Never cared for the phone assistants of old but this is a whole different experience.
Specifically, I've had some photos completely saved from using the AI to tweak the photo. I've got two kids and getting them both to sit right and smile for a photo is almost impossible. Using some of the AI photos editing, I'm able to always get at least one good shot of the family.
Even in 2026, this is still a very impressive phone. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a premium flagship experience or if you just want a really good camera.

Do not buy this phone!

I have owned my Samsung Galaxy S25 for almost 1 year now. I have called customer service multiple times due to it's many issues. The first 3 times because the AI kept uninstalling my Sim card leaving me with no service.
Possibly before that, but certainly in the months since then, I have dealt with customer service because it makes a sound that sounds like it is shorting out. This mostly occurs when I use the cameras and the photos will not focus. It also occurs if I am watching videos on media and it interrupts the focus of the subtitles. It does occur other times but not a frequent.
Another issue is that AI decides to interrupt my conversations with others. When I tell AI that it needs to be quiet and not interrupt, it gets all passive aggressive and makes other features of the phone stop working for a while. The other day, I looked up the AI hack that was recently on the news to send it to my sister. Google did not work correctly for about 1 hour after that.
AI has ruined the Galaxy series of phones and I am sorry that I ever bought it! The insurance on this phone will only provide refurbished (previously hated phones) as a solution for the phone which started issues within 1 month of purchase.
I am now cleaning out my Galaxy S22 ultra to replace the current phone.
I would not buy this phone again. Even the fantastic cameras are hurt by AI.

The ultimate phone

Along with that, the screen is huge, allowing me to relax and watch videos on it. But the best part is, with GALAXY AI, I can check the grammar and spelling and not have to worry whenever I need to send texts or emails.

The Best Phone I've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Galaxy S25 Ultra. I've been a huge fan of the Galaxy Ultra series ever since the S21, and each new generation just keeps getting better. Samsung has never disappointed me.
The camera is outstanding. In fact, it's usually better than many of my friends' phones, and they often ask to borrow mine whenever we want to take pictures because the photos turn out so much better.
The battery life is excellent and easily lasts all day, even with heavy use. The performance is incredibly fast, and searches load almost instantly. On the rare occasions when I've forgotten my phone and had to use someone else's, it felt like it took forever for search results to appear. It really made me appreciate just how fast and responsive my Galaxy S25 Ultra is.
I've also been really impressed with Galaxy AI. I use it all the time to help me search for information, improve my writing, and make everyday tasks quicker and easier. It's one of those features you don't realize you'll use so often until you have it.
Another feature I absolutely love is the S Pen. I use it constantly, especially when editing photos. It gives me much more precision than using my finger, whether I'm making detailed edits, selecting objects, or adding quick notes. Once you get used to having it, it's hard to imagine owning a phone without it.
