[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received new device a couple of days ago. Transfer over with Samsung Switch missed half the permissions and apps. I still have to use my old Samsung to authorize almost 50% of the things on my new Samsung. I get online it says I have 4G or 5G but the internet service goes in and out almost constantly. Cannot do anything online without WiFi as mobile data is horribly inconsistent. I even completed the 5 updates and restarts when I first turned the phone on.
Over all, Samsung is going the wrong way. Note 20 Ultra for 5 years without a single issue beside the weakening battery.

I really liked this phone at first, but I have only had it for about 5 months and the camera is already messed up. I haven't dropped it, no water damage, etc. and when I zoom in or out on the camera, it gets distorted and starts making this funny noise. Very disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this phone had been treating me great so far and I have been enjoying the AI in this phone with the camera and speaking with it I get to mess around with my friends using the ai to make funny altering picture and with the Ai speaking to it help explain a lot of things and answers really important questions
I'd say the best upgrade for a peron who wants a well deserved upgrade. Everything runs great on this behemoth of a phone. Kinda bummed out on the s pen features but I can still get some functionality I out of it.
Have had the device for a few weeks now - upgrading from an S20 Ultra 5G.
The phone overall is great. Loving the cameras. It could be the case I've chosen this time but the device also feels lighter/has a better distribution of weight? (My wrists are less fatigued during use)
Smooth transfer process with my carrier, smooth setup, and improved features.
Hoping this one lasts me about 5 years as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn't like the new software update, the camera, how fast it is. I usually use my phone for concerts and traveling and ... my 24 ultra is way better unfortunately. I honestly regret buying this phone.
