[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have come from the S21 Ultra. The added features, hardware advances, and AI support truly pushes this phone above the rest. I have been impressed with the the added galaxy watch interaction as well. Definitely a step up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this a great product. The service provided through online chat and the deals given for trading in an old device is better than alot of companies out there. I would recommend to anyone.

A major step forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Camera & zoom are crystal clear. Upgraded processors optimize for more than adequate battery life. AI is a major improvement over/for assistants (Gemini, Bixby). Now brief makes sure I don't miss anything. Lightning speed even at the most intense settings.

Is It Still Ultra?
on February 25, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would really like to give the latest flagship from Samsung the S25 Ultra 5 stars but unfortunately I can't. Here are my reasons for my review: Removal of a feature like Spen Bluetooth capability without a replacement feature such as larger battery or some cool new addition is unacceptable for us Ultra users. Next is Now Brief for me the only useful thing I've found is Samsung Health stats like Energy score, and sleep. I am hopeful to see more app developers jump on board and make this feature more useful. The last thing is the phone Qi2 compatible but does not have the built in magnets which to me is a lost opportunity. I do enjoy the updated design, flat edges, anti reflective screen, all day battery, integration with other Samsung products is seamless like Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Ring, and Buds3Pro. While I am not a big AI user I am greatful the features are there when needed to help with tasks like composing emails, summarizing my notes, and the suite of photo AI features such as Sketch to Image and Generative Edit. I almost forgot to mention the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy can take any task I throw at it and gaming is enjoyable on this device moreso than my previous S24 Ultra.
I would recommend this phone to anyone coming from older S devices such as S21-S23.

Waited 3 years for this upgrade!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like my title says I waited 3 years. I've been with the S Family when the Ultra was still called a Note 1. And I upgraded every year. Yes every year ever the battery year. And the one after and the one after that. Nothing pushed me away till a few years ago when not much was changing. Now from the S22 Ultra to the S25 Ultra is like color tube TV to Flat Screen LED 1080P. Right off the bat you can feel the craftsmanship in the frame and glass. And when using it it's just another beast all together. If you haven't upgraded yet. You better before supply's run out. You don't want to be the one left with your stuck in your hand trust me. Enjoy and be safe. Aloha.

Good phone with Samsung ball drops in a couple are

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to ordering this model had a S22 Ultra. The display very bright with good color saturation. Some of the positives first: The now brief feature works better than similar feature in prior models. Trade in offers on Samsung.com were better than carrier offers combined with fact that was able to secure 1Tb version not offered by carrier. The cons and Samsung ball drops below: removal of spen Bluetooth functions is inexcusable as device built already with capability but penny pinched usefulness away. Samsung also made changes to the notifications pull down that was no longer intuitive. Having to pull down twice or from perfect corners could have been avoided by leaving the default method same as previous versions instead of having been to spend time with trial and error. Last 2 drawbacks were the camera quality on the selfie camera decreased from previous versions as well as charging issues using the super high speed and device doesn't recognize above 3amp charging successfully. At minimum should have included wall charging block capable of charging at advertised speeds.
