The software automatically resets the accessibility features of apps that I use. I reset them and the software overwrites again.

Honestly disappointed in a big way

This is my third Galaxy S(#) Ultra . I was SO excited to get this phone after going from the S23 Ultra to the A14 as a backup for a while. I bought the phone specifically for the camera features and ESPECIALLY because I love the remote shutter feature. ... Wanna guess what the s25 does not have, which i was NOT informed of upon purchase? Honestly, what the actual heck, Samsung? You charge ungodly pricea for these phones, and jack the cost up insane amounts with every model, and you DOWNGRADED us? TBH Samsung shou listen to us and not only put out the pens you know you should have in the first place, but you should be giving the. To customers who purchased early and got bamboozled into these useless garbage s pens. Further, it's such a shady thing to have done I will very likely switch phone brands next time because why would I be loyal to a company that clearly makes up BS stats and removes functionality to save a dime.

The graphics and overall performance is great!
