The new ai features are amazing

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This last upgrade was not what I was expecting. I've been a customer since Note 9. I use this device primarily for talk/text, photos and streaming.
The must disappointing find was the pen is no longer capable to use as click for photos (most used pen feature).
The transfer was not smooth. I backed up my data the day before and I am missing 90 days worth photos and text messages.
The picture quality remainsvtop-tier.

S25 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently upgraded to the s25 ultra. Love how it is faster than the s24 ultra and the screen is not greasy. Couple downfalls the spen not able to take pictures and there is alot of AI that I probably will not use. But overall this is a good phone.

Absolutely the best phone I've ever had

There are just to many features, settings and personalizing qualities about this phone to even begin to list. Only have had Samsung phones in my life and each upgrade has more features then before. Still learning new things and tricks to this S25 Ultra but already blown away with its capabilities.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite processor ensures top-notch performance, making multitasking and gaming a breeze. The camera setup, featuring a 200MP main sensor, delivers stunning photos with excellent detail and dynamic range.
However, the S25 Ultra's hardware upgrades are relatively minor compared to its predecessor, the S24 Ultra. The S Pen, while still useful, has lost its Bluetooth functionality, limiting its versatility. The redesign is simply amazing
