Unmatched Performance and Camera Excellence – Sams
on March 24, 2025
Posted by: Harry059
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra takes smartphone innovation to the next level. From the moment you power it on, it feels like a premium experience. The stunning Dynamic AMOLED display is vivid, smooth, and bright enough to handle anything, even under direct sunlight.
The performance is top-notch, thanks to the latest processor and well-optimized software. It handles multitasking, gaming, and high-demand apps effortlessly, without a hint of lag. Battery life is impressive, comfortably lasting through a full day of regular use, and the fast charging adds extra convenience when you’re on the go.
One of the standout features is the camera system. The 200MP sensor delivers incredible detail, and the enhanced night mode produces sharp, vibrant shots even in low light. The zoom capabilities are equally impressive, with crystal-clear images even at high zoom levels.
Design-wise, the S25 Ultra feels refined and solid, striking the right balance between sleek aesthetics and functionality. Samsung’s One UI has also been fine-tuned, making it intuitive, customizable, and user-friendly.
Overall, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is a device that excels in every area that matters—performance, design, battery life, and especially the camera. If you're looking for a flagship phone that delivers a premium, well-rounded experience, this one won’t disappoint.

Horrible Camera! Worst photos ever

I have been a lifelong Samsung customer, from Phones, TV's Appliances etc. This latest version of the Galaxy falls extremely short of everything I expect from Samsung. The Ai integration is horrible, the photos (which is the main reason I purchase a phone) are the worst, flip phones take better photos. Honestly they had the camera on point with the S24 Ultra, but as usual they chose to fix something that wasn't broke. This will unfortunately be my last Samsung purchase, as I can only expect the brand to go downhill form here. If you love taking photos and use your phone for most of this (especially because my job depends on quality photos) then steer clear of this latest line of phones!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Deep Dive into the Apex of Android.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a top-tier flagship, excelling in most aspects. Its vibrant 6.9" 144Hz AMOLED display is stunning and bright. Performance is blazing-fast thanks to the latest Snapdragon or Exynos chip. The versatile quad-camera system boasts incredible zoom capabilities, capturing detailed photos and videos. One UI 7.0 is refined and feature-rich, complemented by the integrated S Pen for enhanced productivity. Battery life is excellent, and charging is now faster. The phone feels premium and robust with its titanium build. While it carries a high price tag and a large form factor, the S25 Ultra delivers a comprehensive and exceptional Android experience for power users. It's a true powerhouse.

Bought 30th of January. This phone lacks and I feel i got ripped off. Camera WAS good and now I'm doing warranty because it no longer works. Pen was a huge disappointment. It's fast but that's it. UI is terrible and seems more difficult than what it needs to be. AI isn't worth losing a 24 ultra.

Solid Phone for S22 Users and Older
on April 24, 2025

Expertise:Intermediate
This phone is generally better than the S22U I upgraded from, in basically every way, except the S Pen which is only an issue for photography; I used that function for taking 10x+ zoom photos, which I don't do often but is useful for taking photos of birds and animals which I like to do. With that one complaint out of the way, this is a very fast phone, and it is very customizable, while not overloading you with options, and giving useful tools to navigate the settings (highlighting the relevant setting to effect an apps function is SO helpful). The new notifications menu is great, and the "Now Bar" is actually more useful than a dynamic island because it's at the bottom of the screen. The screen is also noticeably better, but the main way that's appreciable is I don't have to hide my phone from direct sunlight in order to use the screen which is fantastic but a lack of friction isn't as obvious as a new menu screen. I also notice the battery life is better, probably 20% improvement on the S22U new, and closer to 50% more battery now, comparing the old S22U to the new S25U.
I will say I use Google services almost exclusively, Chrome for browsing, Drive and its suite for productivity, YT and YT music for entertainment and the new Samsung UI fits it quite well at least in terms of home screen aesthetics.
1 feature I wish Samsung added is customization to widget stacks swiping (mine swipe horizontally and I want to stack them to vertically). And it'd be nice to lock app permissions/removal within the native settings/app preferences & perms rather than having to set up Knox (if that can even lock certain perms without biometrics, IDK haven't set it up).
One more thing, the Tab Ultra line needs the keyboard to have a slight tilt to it, so you can fit a battery and BT in it, to give the keyboard the ability to extend the tabs battery life, and also allowing you to use the keyboard undocked, which turns it into a mobile desktop type unit, if I got bt speakers with stereo capabilities, it's theater-esque, or even just with good headphones for single person use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disapointingly painful transition from S24U
on February 10, 2025
Posted by: Rich
Expertise:Intermediate
Received 2 days ago and still have not completed the transition. Data transfer took about 30 minutes and missed many things. It seems none of the app passwords transferred so every app must be initialized with new password resets. Apps that I have not had to login to for years needed to be virtually reinstalled and configured from ground zero. Most frustrating is the samsung app. Password errors continuously. Password reset does not work and hav to be redone countless times.Login works on my PC but not on the phone. VERY frustrating!! Lastpass does not work like on the S24U meaning virtually all passwords needed to be sourced externally and entered manually. I am done buying new phones!
