[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about it the volume the great video it shows the clarity of the camera and pictures and also the messaging system. I like the larger screen on it verses the other versions that I previously had. Very awesome phone. I would highly recommend to family members friends or anyone else that I know.

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from an s21 ultra, the s25 ultra is a beast and takes everything i loved about my 21 and refines it. The screen is incredible, the camera is great, battery life is significantly better, and one ui has had an incredible glow up. I also love exploring all the new features. I haven't gotten to all of them yet, want to try the audio eraser sometime soon, but when I have tried some of these new festures I've been very impressed. The only complaint I've had is at launch a lot of samsung and samsung adjacent apps were not supported yet and I am still waiting on a few of my apps to be supported which seems strange for a brand new flagship product.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This last upgrade was not what I was expecting. I've been a customer since Note 9. I use this device primarily for talk/text, photos and streaming.
The must disappointing find was the pen is no longer capable to use as click for photos (most used pen feature).
The transfer was not smooth. I backed up my data the day before and I am missing 90 days worth photos and text messages.
The picture quality remainsvtop-tier.
