I Love the Galaxy Phones
on March 10, 2025
Posted by: ThisisMe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Samsung galaxy series since the S3 and I love them all. Moving to a new phone is remarkably easy with backup and restore. Sadly, some apps are obsolete when I move to a new phone, sad but expected. What I did not expect is the amount of current popular apps that are not working or not working properly on my new phone. I have spent so much time trying to get work around for existing stuff that I have spent much time learning new features. Trying to do new stuff tends to break simple things. Right now hitting the home button takes me to the last page, not my home page. I'm sure there is a fix but I have already spent too much time researching. I am not sure this was full tested for bugs or regressions before it was released

Phone is great. Bring back Bluetooth S-Pen
on March 10, 2025
Posted by: JRAM20
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is great, battery lasts longer than my S24 ultra. Clarity noted on the camera. But the S-Pen is no longer Bluetooth. Meaning it's just a stylet now. I used to do so much with the Bluetooth S-Pen. This is upsetting and makes the phone "cheaper". Bring back the S-Pen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't complain, I had the s24 ultra and it almost always froze because of the apps I had.But with the s25 ultra I don't have those problems, I like its design. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Yearly trade in dissapointment
on March 10, 2025
Posted by: YearlyTradeIn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years, I've been a loyal Samsung flagship trader, eagerly anticipating each new model. The S25 Ultra, however, marks a shift. My usual excitement is tempered by a sense of "is this all?" Historically, each upgrade brought noticeable advancements. This time, the changes feel subtle, more refinement than revolution. The removal of the S Pen's Bluetooth feature, a personal favorite, was a baffling step backward. It’s a small detail, but indicative of a lack of bold innovation. The touted AI features, while present, felt underwhelming. Live translate and photo editing are handy, but not transformative. I hoped for more. Battery technology, a key area of focus for competitors, felt stagnant. I expected advances in charging speed and efficiency. Instead, the battery experience remained largely unchanged. The camera, as always, delivers excellent results, but the improvements are incremental. The display is superb, but again, it's an evolution, not a radical leap. In essence, the S25 Ultra is a refined version of its predecessor, lacking the “wow” factor I expect. It’s a great phone, but the upgrades don’t justify the annual trade-in cost for me this year. For the first time, I'm questioning if the "upgrades" were truly worth it.

Why take out a feature
on March 10, 2025
Posted by: ReySamsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung galaxy s25 ultra is a great phone but what i don't understand is why they took out a feature. When samsung combined the note and ultra line they added the stylist to the galaxy phone. It was connected via Bluetooth but this year they removed it. I don't understand why they removed a feature on a product on a new model.

Better than the S21 Ultra but hate the ui
on March 11, 2025
Posted by: Sherry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was hesitant to buy a new phone since I was so attached to my S21 Ultra, and was concerned the camera would nit meet my expectations but it has been a nice upgrade there. However I took off one star because I hate how the notifications are now separate from the top scroll down bar (sorry I'm not sure what to call it). I miss having the flashlight/wifi in the same place as my notifications- it's a little inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keyboard still sucks I prefer gboard the speech to text feature makes too many mistakes the AI integration is pretty cool although Bixby hasn't improved much I would like to be able to do stuff using Bixby and Gemini without having to unlock the keyboard the phone should be more autonomous I'm looking forward to the future and improvements
