The s24 ultra was better. Thats not a compliment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has had quite a few problems that I should not have to deal wkth and I shouldn't have to reset my settings to fix the problems that ive never had before on any other phone including my galaxy 24 ultra.

Samsung has been by far the most reliable brand!

Their AI system has dramatically helped with school work and business issues we have experienced. There is no guess work, having to restart, unplug, or none of those crazy steps when connecting devices to a network or to other Samsung devices. Samsung is my favorite brand and as a person who has an issue with perfection Samsung has by far kept their products as close to perfect is every way!

Screen is large and this phone is compatible with so many devices. Galaxy AI is amazing and I dont see myself ever switching to anything unless it's a samsung product.

Overall I like it. When I set my phone up, I transferred the same settings I had on my previous phone so that makes it easy to use. One thing I don't like the messages through Google. I liked the SMS the Samsung had before.
