Amazing phone. One thing that was always a huge plus for me was the smart case. I've had smart cases on most of my past Galaxy phones. If I had known Samsung was not going to offer the smart case with the S25 Ultra I would have gone a different direction. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded from the 24 Ultra, and am so for loving the 25 Ultra. The Galaxy AI so far has been great. I never really actively used it on previous phone, but have really enjoyed starting to really see what it can do.
I "upgraded" to the s25 ultra from my s23 but its been a terrible upgraded. Being in sales I need to see people calling, texting me but there's a bug on the new galaxy s25 ultras where you can't see notifications on a locked screen. Checked all my settings and its definitely a bug, its documented online and samsung ignores and does nothing. Whoever though hiding notifications in a locked screen obviously doesn't work... I wish I could go back to my s23 ultra
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone is okay. But what the heck happened to my messaging app. You guys forced me to use Google Messages and I am constantly having this RCS issue and not receiving messages. I have removed the update from my app several times already. Samsung you need to fix this.

My Samsung upgrade to a S25 ultra has surpassed my expectations. I got the z fold but it's too much screen for me so my young adult daughter uses it. She loves it. The purchase was super easy. The phone is smooth, fast and sturdy. I love everything about this phone. The transfer of data was seamless. I'm a Samsung loyalist from now on. They never disappoint.
