I bought this phone specifically for the camera quality. The enhanced zoom capability is awesome for when I go to concerts and the video quality while zoomed in is very good! If I'm in a group, people always ask me to take pictures because they know my camera quality is the best.
The screen quality is vibrant and crisp and makes watching media or playing phone games really enjoyable. I also like the fast processing speed because I mobile game quite often & hardly ever encounter a lag. The stylus is a bonus that I wasn't sure if I was going to use, since my last Ultra was an S20 & didn't come with one, but I use it all the time! It's awesome!
The screen quality is vibrant and crisp and makes watching media or playing phone games really enjoyable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new Galaxy S25 Ultra as an upgrade for my S24, which I used for the past two years, and I've got to say that this S25 Ultra is just absolutely amazing! Everything is so smooth, predictive, and EASY!
The Galaxy AI is on another level entirely. I continue to explore the system and continue to be amazed at the depth of intuitive actions of this phone.
I highly recommend this phone to anyone who's on the market for a new phone and would without a doubt purchase again.

Whether you're watching videos outdoors or scrolling through apps, the screen quality stands out as one of the best available. The new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset combined with 12 GB of RAM ensures fast, seamless performance, even when multitasking or using demanding apps. Samsung’s updated Galaxy AI features — including smart transcription and real-time suggestions — add a genuinely useful layer to the overall experience.
Photography is another highlight of the S25 Ultra. The versatile quad-camera system, headlined by a 200 MP main sensor, captures sharp and vibrant photos in various lighting conditions. The improved zoom capabilities and enhanced AI features like ProScaler make it easy to get professional-looking shots without extra effort. Disappointed with the Galaxy S25 Ultra – Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very disappointed with my Galaxy S25 Ultra. I’ve experienced persistent issues with the camera that make me seriously wish I could go back to my previous S24 Ultra, which never had these problems.
The main issue is with the autofocus. When I try to change focus while taking photos or videos, the camera lens starts to "jump" or reset. You can even hear the lens moving back and forth as it struggles to focus—often failing completely. As a result, many of my photos and videos come out blurry, and I end up deleting a lot of them.
I contacted Samsung support shortly after getting the phone. While they were friendly and tried to help, they couldn't find a solution. They told me to wait for a software update, which I eventually received—but unfortunately, it didn’t fix the problem.
At this point, I’ve reluctantly adapted to the issue and do my best to avoid triggering the lens jumping. But this is not what I expect from a flagship phone, especially when the S24 Ultra performed so much better in this area.
Samsung, if there’s any way to resolve this or offer additional support, please help.
