The thing I love the most is the storage I can download a lot of games and do a lot of stuff with this phone. Overall I recommend the phone great features:)

Huge leap from S20 Ultra

One UI 7 is great and a huge improvement, I find myself actually using it rather than loading a launcher. The transitions and animations are so fluid. There are also so many customizations and settings that I wouldn't even know where to begin to start. Another thing Galaxy AI is way better than default Gemini AI. This phone really is amazing.

Unexpected And?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first order this phone I was so excited to have it for its great ai features that really blowed me away. Some of the things ai can really do for helping with daily activities. But I really thought it could do more like give directions and make me a spread sheet or a power point for some reason I either not going to the correct app or spot on the phone. But really love tha ai. Now to talk about the amazing camera features are out of this world SICK and you could be tring to read something very small like those small letters in a watch that are really hard to read. Just take ur phone and camera and zoom into it about half way and BOOM you can read it. Now my problem with the phone is the cell service is horrible I mean horrible it very hard to even get the service to work correctly like its bad it gets service for a short period and then outta no where boom service is completely gone and then Im sitting directly with 3 or 4 people all with different cell service providers all different and for some reason my phone is the only one losing service and then when I do get back into service is shows I have 5g data and when I try and use it. It doesn't work I literally have to restart my phone to get my data to work. & the wifi calling will not work try put address nope cell service provider that im not even using. And this is supposed to been the greatest phone ever and just I've seen cheaper phones actually perform better then my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

TOO MANY ISSUES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] IT used to take good photos but now even after cleaning everything over and over..horrible camera! Blurry, foggy, not good at all. Fingerprint scans for unlocking, etc...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I have 5 different fingerprints and they hardly ever work, same with Face Scan to unlock, but even after getting a brand new, expensive, nice screen protector and removing all dust, dirt, etc...it has only worked one time to get through the process to add a fingerprint (keeps failing/error messages), I finally got one fingerprint completed and saved, YET IT WON'T WORK TO UNLOCK!!! IT'S SO FRUSTRATING! Since day 1 of purchasing several months ago, I have had issues and many different ones that even the techs can't figure out or fix plus I know a lot about phones and can usually fix any, but not this phone or all the multiple problems. It's way too big for my average size female hands so it's hard to hold. Most of the time, the screen won't scroll or move , and the keyboard often either won't open or it won't let you type. Usually have to restart my phone several times a day, including to fix issues just mentioned. The S Pen is not good. Even under the tutorials and videos there is not really much you can do with it and it does not even write well at all or look like anything that you're actually trying to do is pretty much pointless plus it constantly comes out of the phone by itself. I thought I would love this phone I would not recommend it.
