screen durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the Screen on the S25 ultra isn't durable at all. one drop of the phone, with a case on it and cracked in three places. The screen is completely shattered.
My phone is for daily use, Work, play, daily activities, etc. Battery holds up well. The charge port is inoperable almost immediately. I can only wireless charge the phone.
Functionality is amazing. I have no complaints.

Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my s25 Ultra. Just a few things that keep it from being great. Here's my short list:
1. Sound - not matter what I do I have a lot of trouble hearing the caller. Most often I have to put the call on speaker and even that isn't great.
2. Mic - it is a bit hard to hear call or music or streaming can be a struggle.
3. Pen - does not take pictures- that really sucks
4. And last, my cell has a hard time loading pages. Very often I have to shut down and restart my cell. In some cases, some pages do not load.

My new Galaxy 25 ultra smartphone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and feel of the Galaxy 25 ultra. I'm still going through the customization of my 25 ultra, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I really like the flat screen as my Galaxy 23 ultra's was beveled and wasn't compatible with any screen protector I could find. I'm looking forward to learning how to use Galaxy AI and it seems easy using my Galaxy 25 ultra. I definitely recommend getting a Galaxy 25 ultra.

Besides enjoying my favorite series, movies, and video games, the battery is perfect, long-lasting, and it only takes a short time to get it back to 100% battery and continue using my Galaxy. The best camera, the best shots in my videos, are amazing.
Thank you, Samsung, for making my daily life so much easier. Because yes, Galaxy AI is always there to support me when I'm busiest, and whenever I need it, it's there to help. I'm delighted.
