[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned iPhones, Google phones and none of them give you the freedom to really customize a cell phone like Samsung does. I gave up my 16 Pro Max and my Pixel 9 Pro Fold fir the S25 Ultra and never looked back. I truly enjoy the ability to use the software features of Samsung and not just Android. I like the S Pen that is integrated into my phone always at immediate use. I enjoy circle search, AI responses and the overall reliability of this phone. Way to go Samsung. Job well done.

Still Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has features that let you know it's still samsung but I fail to see tangible upgrades. Music sounds basic. Larger plug does charge faster. Phone doesn't get as hot. With time seems to take longer to charge. Constant upgrades. Not always what I'd like & it moves features without explanation and removes features w/o permission. Latest update will not allow you to delete individual messages but deletes full history and tells you the information is not retrievable. Would love to add signature line to e-mails again.

Glad I stopped waiting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was still using a Note 10+. This upgrade - Galaxy S25 Ultra- was worth waiting for. I chose the Ultra because of the camera; it does not disappoint. I take tons of product photos for my small businesses and I've gone from needing 10- 15 images for each item, to just 1 or 2 amazing pics that need virtually no editing.
I've played around with the Galaxy AI a bit, and really appreciate some of those options. Text transcripts of calls might be one of my new favorite things (beats taking notes on customer orders on the go).
All in all, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Amazing phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Galaxy user and this s25 is by far the most powerful one. The camera is great at any distance and the photo quality is very nice. However, I myself am not a huge user of AI so I cannot say I am a big fan. I think it is being pushed too much on people. But it has its many benefits especially in a mobile device just rolled back a bit used more in a quicker term. I love this phone it is great and I would get it again any day.
