[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the S25 Ultra after having the S24 Ultra because of the great trade in promotions at the time. I didn't anticipate enjoying the phone so much but I really do like it.
I've really been enjoying the Audio Eraser feature. Being able to remove unwanted audio from any video I have on my phone has been great! The camera has been fantastic and the display is gorgeous. The upgrade in the processor is also noticeable with how I use my phone. Because of the new processor, using things like the Generative Edit feature on photos is quicker. Another unexpected upgrade has been the battery life. Thanks to the new processor, I can watch videos during my lunch and not worry about needing to top up the battery before I go home.
The S25 Ultra is a great refinement to an already great line-up of devices. I was a little bummed about the removal of Bluetooth in the S Pen but the rest of the phone has been fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra. I absolutely cannot point out a single difference between this new phone and my old one, besides the flat screen. Oh, you will get AI features which you probably would never use.

Then I later found out you guys discontinued expansive space. Highly disappointed! Now I'm stuck with the smallest amount of space because I thought I could buy a 1tb card and add it later when I could afford. You guys messed up but time.

Flagship with a downgrade?

Then they downgrade the glass scratch resistance? C'mon man. If I could have gotten the same trade deal for the set ultra I would have gotten that instead.

Disapointingly painful transition from S24U

Received 2 days ago and still have not completed the transition. Data transfer took about 30 minutes and missed many things. It seems none of the app passwords transferred so every app must be initialized with new password resets. Apps that I have not had to login to for years needed to be virtually reinstalled and configured from ground zero. Most frustrating is the samsung app. Password errors continuously. Password reset does not work and hav to be redone countless times.Login works on my PC but not on the phone. VERY frustrating!! Lastpass does not work like on the S24U meaning virtually all passwords needed to be sourced externally and entered manually. I am done buying new phones!

Great phone and features

So mush storage! And the pictures it takes are amazing! I think I habe been using the ai constantly to help me find things within the phone and screen grabbing from posts i see, it's super handy
This phone feels great in the hand. So far one of the only phones I an trying my best to keep out of a case due to the fact.
