I use Samsung phone for games, streaming and works which comes with intuitive user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i got this product for my dad it was like love at first Sight, he LOVED it, the screen is next level amazing and he loves how good and how detailed the pictures can get, and I cant tell you how many times he has used Galaxy AI, to be honest I think he purposely "doesn't know" things just to use it, this phone is the best phone on the market by far everything about this phone is next level amazing

Trade-in process

not worth the full price, no bluetooth on SPen and small battery.
samsung received my trade-in Feb 6 and now Jul 14 they saying my trade-in is not eligible. Oh come on it's been more than 4mons, it is way beyond the 21days period and now I can't return this product anymore.
