Sucky microphone

The microphone is garbage. Unless you're speaking directly into it 2 inches away, it will hack job its way through your words and put something completely unresembling what you said onto the screen. You have to double check and proofread everything you're about to send because, no doubt, it will screw the text to speech up big time big time.
Save your money for a phone with better microphone development. This one is not it!
Considering how much we use the voice to text, and how much safer it is compared to using my fingers, especially on the road, you would think that they would get this right and figure it out right quick. Considering how much this phone costs, investing in the microphone is an outstanding idea.

Had samsung since the s3. First time disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jave been a loyal samsung customer since I bought my first samsung s3 phone. Ive bought samsung tvs (currently have 3), washers, dryers, ear buds, watches. Ive had the s3, the note 5 and 10, the s21, and s22 ultra. But this s25 ultra is horrible. The flat screen makes it hard to get to the edge with a case on it. It is no where near as bright as the s22,23,24 models. It constantly freezes even if I keep only 1 or 2 apps running at once. And even completely crashes randomly turning itself off and back on without any warning. The battery life is terrible and if it runs out completely it takes to long to build enough charge before ot will allow you to turn it back on. The "Galaxy AI" wants to answer even the simplest of questions by making you read through an article to find the answer. I find the google assistant to be way more helpful. The camera is the only part of this phone that lives up to the samsung name in my opinion. I paid way to much for this phone to be left feeling like I ended up with a non flagship phone best case scenario.

Love my S25 ultra

Great phone for photos/videos and editing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the 25 ultra after I broke my 24. So far I liking it. Everything has been stellar and I love the jade green color. Although it's not a huge change from the 24 it's still a fantastic phone. While I was quite skeptical about the Galaxy AI features I have found some of them useful and entertaining. The live translate worked surprisingly well and I use it when talking to relatives and I don't know all the words they are saying or if I misheard something. It's also cool that it's able to keep a transcript of your calls, so you can go back and review them, which I find useful to learn new phrases and remembering important details. Aside from that the only other feature has been the photo assit which I use to make custom memes for those family group chats. Overall I've had a great experience with the phone and I especially love all the photo and video options this phone has.
