Upgraded to a Galaxy Ultra, never going back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who usually goes for the cheapest and easiest phone, getting a product like the Samsung Galaxy Ultra was a little bit intimidating. However I wanted something that would work better and last me longer.
The more I use the phone the more I fall in love with it. I am constantly multitasking with work and being a full time student. The Ultra lets me jump between tasks and keep up with my friends hands free while using the built in Galaxy AI – Bixby.
Bixby helps me day to day by keeping track of alarms, helping me respond to messages, and keeping track of anything my phone does in a way that anybody can navigate. A specific example from just this week was working on my partners car I asked for bixby to set an alarm for that afternoon, turn on the flashlight and send my partner a text in the same sentence and it worked flawlessly!
Additionally this phone is singlehandedly the fastest and most intuative android device I have had the pleasure of using. It charges lightning quick, manages as many apps and tabs as I can throw at it, and keeps asking for more.
Every day is a new discovery of a feature or AI tool that shows me just how far technology has come and how well samsung has mastered their craft. They have made me a customer for life, and for that I say thank you.

Terrible camera 10x zooming and fake moon zooming

Terrible camera zoom like the s23 ultra I have. I tried the 10x zoom on the S25 ultra and its blurry, unclear and out of focus and it ruined many many videos I try to take. ... I dont recommend Samsung anymore specially that they bluff people about the moon zooming and it turned out its a disgusting software trick and not an actual zoom!! .... shame on you and remove these 3 cameras and keep one because the rest two are not functional!!

The phone looks luxurious but needs a change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The truth is, I upgraded to this phone just to enjoy the special features of the Galaxy AI . It's truly life-changing. If it helps me with my writing, my photos, my music production, I use the AI features almost every day. The combination of Google's Magini with Samsung's Bixby seems like it's one assistant that has come together from two companies, and they complement each other as far as I'm concerned.

I am not that impressed at all! No microsd slot anymore. Notifications of some apps completely changed. My physical sim card changed to e-sim with no warning!

Need to improve the face unlock

Furthermore, the implementation of a text selection and copy function within images and text is recommended. Finally, optimizing the charging speed to reduce charging duration is advised.

Disapointingly painful transition from S24U

Received 2 days ago and still have not completed the transition. Data transfer took about 30 minutes and missed many things. It seems none of the app passwords transferred so every app must be initialized with new password resets. Apps that I have not had to login to for years needed to be virtually reinstalled and configured from ground zero. Most frustrating is the samsung app. Password errors continuously. Password reset does not work and hav to be redone countless times.Login works on my PC but not on the phone. VERY frustrating!! Lastpass does not work like on the S24U meaning virtually all passwords needed to be sourced externally and entered manually. I am done buying new phones!
