Great product, only complaint was that a brief direction with the solar kit to go online for a detailed instruction book would have been helpful. The kit is pretty intuitive, however, at least when I put the solar kit on my rv, I had the panels covered so as not to generate any current, as it wasn’t until I had the system finished, that I discovered the instruction manual. The problem being I attached the solar panels to the solar charge controller before I connected the battery, and then later that day, read to never do that. At least it wasn’t damaged and the system is working well. Otherwise I would have given you a five star rating.

This is the perfect kit to get started in solar. I was very confused by a lot of this stuff until this arrived. Renogy made this foolproof. The positive can't be connected to the negative and vise versa. Just plug it together and connect to the batteries and your in the solar game. It just that easy. Thank you.

Easier Than I thought

This is my first venture into solar power. I emailed Renogy with the electrical lights and etc I would be using in my small shop and they put together this package along with the battery and inverter. I am really impressed at how easy this system was to install and working. You will not be disappointed in this system.

I just finished installing the 200 watt starter kit. It was easy to install and the customer service guy was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended company.

Over all we are pleased with the solar panels. They seem to be doing good at keeping the batteries charged. We did have a couple problems in the installation of the panels. There were a couple of bolts that were messed up out of the package, also the wiring instructions were not the clearest. It would have been helpful if the wire sizes had been included, also better directions.
