Great start. Added inverter and swapped out charge controller to meet needs - all from Renogy. Kit complete. Panels, support brackets, fasteners, cabling and instructions needed were furnished. Equipment furnished appears to be good quality. Tech support responsive and informative when needed during installation. Just starting to use, so will know more later.
One improvement would be better guidance regarding fuse sizing requirements with instructions. Tech support helped sort out, but could be missed.

If your battery is more than 20’ away you should go with a larger wire size.

Excellent product, manual is good, but I had to call tech support for a few questions. Questions were answered quickly and accurately.
I mounted the panels on my 30 ft. 5th wheel using the included mounting tabs and screws, using lap sealant. youtube videos and on line teaching aides were very helpful.
The system, with Wanderer controller is working perfectly.

Great solar panel starter kit

I purchased the kit and we took it to our property in the mountains off the grid. Instullation was simple and quick. The 2 panels connect together as one and hooked to the controler with ease. Before purchasing them I contacted Renogy with questions and they answered all my questions. I will be needing more for other buildings I have and I will be getting the from Renogy again.

Everything came and it arrived on time. All the part were there and had it hooked up in about five hours. It has been working fine even through we have not had too many days of full sun. I am thinking of adding two more panels in the spring. I had ordered the wrong BT unit and they were nice to work with and replaced it with the right one.

This is a simple kit with nothing fancy and I like that. I installed this on our Intech Sol Dawn Rover ant it immediately provided plenty of power to our battery. No worries of the battery going dead in between trips or when boon docking.

Great system

I purchased a 200-watt system with an optional 40-amp MPPT charge controller. I also made individual purchases of cable connectors, fuses, tools, and cables. I chose to mount the solar panels to stainless steel Unistrut to ensure I hit the roof trusses and not just the roofing plywood. I also learned that it was easier to make your own cables versus buying selected lengths. Everything fit together very well and it worked great. My main purpose for installing this system was to keep my batteries topped off due to the heavy power drain from the hydraulic leveling and slide systems. I haven't have an issue since. I left the door open to add another panel or two in case I upgrade my batteries in the future. Renogy offers some great videos on how to set everything up so it wasn't hard to figure out what you need to know to install and use this system. Great product, everything works together, and fast shipping on the purchases.

The 200 watt panels are great. I'm learning that solar power is all about batteries. They do a great job keeping the two batteries charged but my load is too great for them.
