Loud Ticking Sound when Using Heater Function

ticking sound when using the heater. about a few hours in using the heater, the machine starts a ticking sound. I use this during the night when I sleep and am always awake from this ticking. Also frustrating that the heat control cannot be operated by remote or app, so I have to roll out of bed just to turn it off. I will be returning this, do not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean Air

It’s very durable and well made. There is no scent but clean air smell. It looks large but easily fits in any room. This product makes no noise. The unit is pricey but it helps my asthma. Highly recommend. Easy to use.

I thought it was a little big, but it's much better if it's round because it looks nice in a corner of my house and it takes up little space. It's very easy to place the filter, it's not noisy, something I like a lot. It's very easy to use and program, and the app works really well. It's definitely something I needed to use every day.
