Purchased the smaller version for my sons nursery room and the bigger one for the living room and they work well. The fan is nice and the purifier mode is noticeably making a difference in my home. Haven’t used the heat mode since it’s summer but have tested it and it seems like it will work perfect for winter time. Overall great purchase. Happy with my blue air purifiers !

T20i had a noise issue Tech Dept evaluated the noise via video sent. The replacement was sent with old unit returned ,no problems. I ended up buying 2 more purifiers sc9 for bedroom with alarm they work great .I know if there was a problem this company will uphold and stand behind warranty. Jon (5 stars)

I purchased this unit because it offers heating, cooling, and air filtration in one device, and I really love it. Some reviews mentioned that it makes noise when it oscillates, but I haven’t noticed that issue. It does produce a very low sound, but it’s simply the air filter running.I actually don’t mind the sound at all. At this point it feels more like white noise in the background. I’m very glad I decided to purchase it.

I've moved apartments since purchasing this for a larger open space. Yet I've managed to find a nook where it isn't overpowering the room. I use a rock to secure curtains stay away from it.With a cat who likes to perch herself on top of everything - having this air purifier oscillate keeps her from using it as a scratching post. Unfortunately (as others have written) it makes a lot of noise pollution. The screeching sound is just as bad for a zen household as any other pollutant.The heater is perfect to warm up a brisk morning or grey afternoon in 3 seconds. Helps keep from fiddling with apartment heater settings too.And being able to swipe clean the back filter is amazing... minimizing larger filter changes.Minimizing the oscillation screech would give this model a perfect ambience score.

Its a nice product to have at home

It’s a convenient all-in-one appliance to keep in the living room for the entire year. Whenever I see the PM2.5 level drop to zero, I know my kids are breathing clean air in a clean living room. The fan/ filtering function is good to keep the room with fresh air and cool. Don’t expect the heater function to instantly warm up your room like a traditional heater, but once you turn it on, the room temperature will rise to a comfortable level within 10-15 minutes. I understand that many people complain about heaters lacking timer settings, but I can live without it. However, it’s definitely a good feature to have. Last not least, the large size is really big, make sure your room is also big enough to place it.
