I am very happy with the performance of the 3-in-1 T20i Air Purifier. I don't need to use it daily. When needed, a few months ago, I used it to heat the living room area instead of using my central heating which heats the whole house. I did however have to manually turn it off. I do not have central A/C for our somewhat mild weather, but have successfully used the 3-in-1 to cool my living room area when the weather has heated up. Because my living, dining and kitchen areas are not separated any walls, the 3-in-1 has done a great job of eliminating cooking odors. I have not seen a significant increase in energy usage.

Unit works great so far, the app could work a little better. When looking at the graph in app, you have to kinda guess what the exact # is that the dot is on. The Protect model actually shows exactly what it is in the app. I know it shouldn't matter the model since it's the app that is the issue but for some reason it's different. Haven't tried using the heat yet so fingers crossed i won't regret the purchase...

I was initially looking into big name brands for a 3 in one purifier such as Dyson, shark, etc. however, I found all those long term reviews lackluster. Then, I wondered if Blueair (who I already have several air purifiers for a few years now), made exactly what I needed. To my surprise, they did! I received it quickly and it was just as easy to setup/use as my other models. I’m excited to use it every day. The corresponding app is also well developed and really enhances its features. 10/10 would recommend.

It works well, although it sometimes gets turned around so it'll oscillate towards the wall, that might be due to it getting bumped into. The particle sensor is pretty reactive and the high blow settings move a good amount of air. I haven't had any regular intrusive noises like clicking or whirring, it's infinitely more quiet than my dehumidifier. I do wish it had active VOC filtration because you can still smell some strong odors. And for people who use this in their bedroom the dark mode shows basically no light so it won't keep you up. 👍

ticking sound when using the heater. about a few hours in using the heater, the machine starts a ticking sound. I use this during the night when I sleep and am always awake from this ticking. Also frustrating that the heat control cannot be operated by remote or app, so I have to roll out of bed just to turn it off. I will be returning this, do not recommend.
