I haven't used this antivirus software in years, it was alright, I just switched to another one I wanted to try. The last couple years they try to auto renew my subscription without my authorization, which is just unprofessional I believe. This year they charged my credit card, they still had it in their system apparently? And now I'm still trying to make contact with the right department to get it straightened out! It's very time consuming, be careful using these guys!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have not had any issues with my PC or phone since having this protection on them. great product for an affordable price. the customer service is very helpful too.

I find Webroot to be very reliable in finding questionable sites and files and easy to work with removing them. It includes automatic scanning so I don't have to worry about my forgetfulness allowing long periods between scans. Also, the folks at Webroot are easy to contact and very helpful.
