I recently tried an introductory offer from a competing service after Webroot was no longer included in my Geek Squad subscription. I experienced multiple security threats in that time, including my Social Security number was spotted on the dark web for the first time ever. I have returned to Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security Complete and am relieved to report that I am, once again, threat free!

I have used Webroot secure anywhere for a number of years and have been satisfied particularly as scans are quick and it does not slow down my computer

Love the software - hate the process the company puts me through as a current customer.
First I do not get the rate I got when I signed on and they try to raise the rate highly at the end of the year. What that forces me to do is let my annual subscription run up and then start over. I'm not sure I will do this again as I will find another vendor that can provide the same and/or similar software experience without the hassle.

Worst Product EVER!!!

Your stupid product started to burn up my phone battery, which made it last 3 hours, not to mention the capacitor/resistor damage it sustained. Last week, you admitted you had a known problem, been a week without a fix. I un-installed off my phone like the thousands of others... pathetic is the only word that comes mind. Dang good thing i paid $ to have your program deteriorate my phone's hardware.

Tried their Service it was horrible, they kept sending me reminders to renew and I did not. They took it upon themselves to charge me anyway! Jerks! Reported them!
