I do not know how it happened, but I was scammed and had money taken fraudulently from my account, with Webroot fully updated and working. Luckily I noticed and reported it.

As now Webroot is linked up with Carbonite whenever I log in, my laptops are not listed on the carbonite web site. I mensioned this a couple of years ago and was told it was imminent. They are still not there!!
